*Household must have attempted to access other public
resources prior to accessing these funds.
* Household must participate in a case management plan.
*Household must have future earnings where rent is no
more than 60% of their gross income.
* Household future earnings cannot be from a temporary
source.
*Landlord must agree to all terms and conditions of the
rental assistance agreement.
